Our Story

We have been cutting, coloring, and painting nails in the Fan District for about six years now, and we still love the neighborhood we get to serve. Copper Thimble started with a simple idea: busy locals should be able to walk in or pick up the phone and get a good haircut, fresh color, or clean nails without a lot of planning or fuss.

Over time, the people who sit in our chairs have become part of the regular rhythm of the neighborhood. Some come in every few weeks, some pop in when they need a fast blowout before an event, and some have been with us since the beginning. We are grateful for every one of them, and we work hard to make each visit feel familiar and easy.
